Terms of Service

By using Nomo ("the App"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using Nomo

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Nomo.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You agree not to misuse the app — no scraping, reverse engineering, automated access, or attempting to disrupt the service.

Content you provide

• You're responsible for the links, text, and files you provide to Nomo and for having the right to use them.
• By pasting a link, you represent that you have access to the content at that URL and are not violating any third-party terms of service.
• Nomo processes publicly available content at the URLs you provide to extract travel-related information. Nomo does not download, host, or redistribute the original media (videos, images, etc.).

AI-generated itineraries

• Itineraries are generated by AI based on the content you provide and third-party data (maps, geocoding, weather). They are suggestions, not guarantees.
• Always verify details — opening hours, prices, availability, visa requirements, and travel advisories — before relying on any AI-generated itinerary.
• Nomo is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content, including incorrect locations, outdated information, or missing safety warnings.
• Trips and itineraries you create are yours — you can edit, export, or delete them at any time.

Third-party platforms

• Nomo is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google, WhatsApp, Pinterest, or their parent companies. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
• Your use of content from third-party platforms is subject to those platforms' own terms of service. Nomo does not grant any rights to third-party content.
• Nomo relies on third-party services (Supabase, AI providers, mapping APIs, calendar APIs) to function. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers.

Shared trips

If you share a trip link, anyone with that link can view the shared trip. Collaborators you invite may be able to edit the trip depending on the access level you grant. You are responsible for managing who has access to your shared trips.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
• Nomo reserves the right to change pricing or feature availability with reasonable notice.

Beta and availability

Nomo is currently available as a beta via Apple TestFlight. Beta features may change, break, or be removed without notice. The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomo and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to travel disruptions, financial losses, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Account termination and deletion

• We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.
• You may stop using Nomo and delete your account at any time from the app settings. Account deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of Nomo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
